Postpartum Chiropractic

POSTPARTUM CARE shouldn’t be considered a luxury. It should be STANDARD.

Dr. Dani has completed extensive training from the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) and has received numerous certifications for prenatal and postpartum rehab. She has been helping new moms for over 10 years and has an absolute love for treating Denver mommas! Postpartum chiropractic appointments are filled with gentle bodywork and adjusting (when needed), but also with bits of information, resources, and support. Postpartum moms need a support system that truly cares about both them AND baby.

“Dr. Dani is amazing, she is so much more than a chiropractor! She has been such a gift to our family - through pregnancy, postpartum and care for our infant daughter. She has a whole body approach, and her adjustments are both gentle & effective. I can’t recommend Dr. Dani enough!”

During pregnancy, there’s such a focus on making sure moms feel cared for and supported. However, there seems to be a drastic shift in the postpartum period and moms commonly feel overwhelmed and under supported in regards to their recovery.

Dr. Dani and Balance Chiro and Rehab are here to change that.

Dr. Dani offers a reduced rate when mom receives treatment with her baby.

Moms are healing their own bodies while struggling with stress, sleep deprivation, uncomfortable positioning for feeding, etc.

Moms deserve care and support too!

Postpartum Aches and Pains

Hip and low back discomfort may be the name of the game during pregnancy. But postpartum, ooooh, that’s when positions from carrying, feeding, and holding let the neck and mid back tension creep up and shine! Add in feeling like it’s hard to find your core again, possible discomfort in the wrists and thumbs, and you’re a prime candidate for some gentle bodywork designed to help you feel better AND feel seen and cared for yourself. You just grew a human from scratch and are keeping them alive. YOU deserve to be cared for too. You deserve to feel GREAT.

Feeding Difficulty

All too often, new moms are made to feel like breast or bottle feeding difficulties are due to them doing “something wrong.” However, that’s usually not the case! If your little one is struggling with feeding or you’re having pain, you DO NOT have to go through it alone. Let’s get you the support you deserve and find out why!

An uncomfortable baby means an uncomfortable mom. If your baby is receiving bodywork for discomfort or difficulty feeding, it’s a good sign that you should too!

Postpartum Tips and Tricks

There are SO many tips and tricks for postpartum, resources, and referral sources galore. If you are curious about something, struggling with something, or would just like to know more about everything- Dr. Dani likely knows it or knows of a resource or provider that does!
